Our Team

Nancy was valedictorian of her class at Hillsborough High School and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego. After beginning her career in medical administration, she returned to Tampa and worked at a large staffing firm before joining Muniz and Associates in 2014. Over the past decade, she has been instrumental in supporting the firm’s advisors and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Outside of work, Nancy enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her husband and children.

Michael is a graduate of Jesuit High School and Davidson College where he played football and baseball. After college, he received a Masters degree in Global Leadership from Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, CA and worked as the General Manager of the non-profit organization Generosity Water. He moved back to Tampa in 2012 to join his father in the business and took over as the President in 2022. Michael specializes in working with physicians and has helped thousands of them better protect their incomes and families. When not at work, Michael is going on dates with his wife Noelle, chasing around their 4 kids, watching football, or trying to make it to the beach.
