Our Qualifications

Mr. Muniz graduated from Jesuit High School in Tampa, earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Emory University and an MBA from Georgia State University. Prior to founding Muniz and Associates in 1983, he was the Executive Director of a large corporation of physicians.

He has served as President of the Advisory Council to a major life insurance company, has directed continuing education for the Tampa Association of Life Underwriters, and has been a panelist in both the 20th and 25th annual Practising Law Institute`s Estate Planning Institutes.

Mr. Muniz has been President of the Exchange Club of Tampa, President of DACCO, Inc., President of his neighborhood civic association and coached Little League for several years.

Our associates regularly attend industry seminars and life underwriting and financial planning courses to keep abreast of new developments that pose opportunities for our clients. They utilize state-of-the-art computer resources to access the financial information necessary to serve the needs of our clients.

Because we work with a variety of companies we have access not only to products, but also technical advice from numerous insurance companies, mutual fund families and other financial institutions. Mr. Muniz is registered to sell securities in the states of Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Texas.
